WIFE says they treat young women like morons in the servive dept. I think his name is Andrew in particular. 2012 my wife picked out a Chevy Cruze off the Show Room Floor. We had it serviced every 3k miles. After the second year every time we got the oil changed something else went wrong with the car. 4 years in i have 8 payments left. Guess what Wetzel was putting the wrong oil in it The entire time blew the turbo, one of the cams, all the engine gaskets got replaced, all the way down to the catalytic converter. Needless to say not only was the wait 1hr+ every time but that car seen more action than 12th st. The day it came outta the shop it got traded on a 16 civic and Ed Martin in Indy is great they can change your oil (correctly) and rotate tour tires In about half an hour. I SAY GOOD BYE TO WETZEL FOR GOOD. I encourage others to shop outta town you can get way better deals. Dont know if the owner knows what kind of incompetent people they have working there. I will never go to another service shop that is not ASE certified

I didn't have an appointment but he said he would squeeze it in. I will be bringing my car here for any further service. They were great.
