I only made a google account to write a review about this business and how awful it is. I bought a 2001 Jeep Cherokee from them 1 1/5 months ago. Within the first week my turn signals stopped working so I took it back for them to fix, which they made me pay $25.00 for. Exactly one month after I bought the vehicle it over heated. I had to replace my radiator, thermostat, head, head gasket and get multiple system flushes because of how rusted the lines were. My coolant reservoir looked like there was mud in it from how bad it was after it over heated. I paid a mechanic that I know $1100.00 to get all this fixed. I called Mike specifically from MS detail and told him about the issues and he said he would help me but never called me back. About a week after I fixed the over heating issue my breaks go out completely while I am driving 60 MPH on 35 going to Muncie, IN. I almost wrecked into the back of someone's vehicle. Yet again, I ask my mechanic to fix it costing me another $250.00. My break fluid was leaking out due to horribly maintained drums, shoes and break lines. I called him yet again asking him to help me with these issues and he lied saying he would assist me. If that weren't enough, last Monday (15 AUG 16) my car wont start AT ALL. it wouldn't even start when I jumped it. I had my mechanic check it out and the wires that connect to my battery was loose and not even tightened in the clamp where they were supposed to be. Needless to say I am more than livid about this situation. I am a Mother and an active duty Soldier and need my vehicle to be reliable to be able to travel for training, meetings, taking my daughter to school etc. This business is absolutely hands down the worst business I have ever had the displeasure to be involved in. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THERE OR HAVE ANY MECHANIC WORK DONE. Hell I wouldn't even trust him to detail my car. The only reason it has one star is because it wont let me post it without clicking one. I would give it negative stars if I could.
Excellent service, and cheap prices. My partner and I buy our own parts, yet unlike other shops who refuse to accept parts bought by us, they did, no problem. Now, they will not warranty the part or parts, although this is unconfirmed. Very satisfied with their service, and recommend to all. In closing, I am unsure of what makes and models that they detail or provide service for, yet I am sure that a call to the owner Mike can ascertain answers.
