He took the time to make sure I understood all my options and all the information I needed. I didn’t feel pressured or confused. After I sold my car, I knew exactly who I was going back to. Bob helped me lease a 2017 Toyota Corolla yesterday and was with me every step of the way. He made sure I was comfortable and completely understood the information. It was nice to feel so important and like I was not just another sale.
Cronin Toyota is the best Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Jon was my sales person and he went above and beyond to make my buying experience a good one. My husband recently passed away and this was my first time buying a car by myself. My husband always handled our car buying during our marriage. This is a stellar location to purchase a vehicle! It seemed like their was a recent staff over-haul, and it seems to be making a positive impact. The employees are very genuine and humble. When it comes to pushing a car down your throat, these guys are an exception. They assist/bend-over-backwards for their clients while at the same time not being pushy. Fantastic employees, location, and vehicle selection. My first vehicle purchase was one to remember, and these guys made the experience as fluid as possible! Their salesman, Ian, is a saint. This man is an inspiration, and he does it all! Ian seemed passionate for what he does, and his absolute tenacity for customer service made the sell. Please Cronin, promote this deity among men.
