Horrible service center. Parts literally fell off the truck the day I picked it up. They forgot to out parts back on. I wish I could give a negative 5 stars. And all this turned into an extra 10,000 dollars out of my pocket. Never again
In closing, I’d like to leave the Wetzel Auto Group and their so-called “family-owned car establishment,” with the words from the judge on Billy Madison. Wetzel, “I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.”
February 23, 2017. A date that will live in infamy. For me, at least. For today is the day that I decided to make my journal entry public. I am writing this as a vulnerable man. A lonely man. A man with a broken heart. A man, who no longer feels like a man, because I’ve allowed myself to be taken advantage of one too many times, all by the same person. This isn’t about loss. This isn’t about love. This is about hardship, and how humbling it is to admit embarrassment.
As George Bush once said, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool be twice…. If you fool me, I can’t get fooled again.” Well, I let down former President George Bush today, just as I did myself, because I got fooled for a fifth time. Five times, ladies and gentlemen. I gave them a one-star rating, mainly because zero wasn’t an option.
Do not give them your email! Unsubscribed and two years later Ben Fleming is spamming me and i live in another state now. I even emailed him and he ignored it. What a douche bag!!
He told me my car was fixed the third time. The fourth time, I started to get angry. And, after the fifth time, in just a six-week span, I came to a few realizations. One being, that mechanic is an idiot. Two being, no mechanics are honest, especially the one who constantly reminds me of how “it’s a family-owned business with values.” Three being, and let’s be honest here, I’m the real idiot.
Good people, good service
I kept going back to this guy who constantly told me lie after lie. He told me could fix things. But, he couldn’t fix things. He was filled with nothing but empty promises. Typical man. Am I right, ladies? Typical mechanic. Am I right, fellas?
The person who has broken my heart, yet again, isn’t a beautiful girl. It isn’t a recently deceased grandparent or beloved pet. It wasn’t the movie Ghost. Unfortunately, this was a person. A self-proclaimed mechanic that somewhat resembled Falcor from The NeverEnding Story. He told me my car was fixed once. He told me my car was fixed twice.
Good experience no pressure
