While she didn't take the car to a mechanic like I've usually been told, it sucks that "Choice Cars Inc", who choose to have their motto along the lines of "Quality Cars for Less" seem to think it's a good idea to sell a clunker to a disabled elderly woman. It's shameful, and I feel the need to warn everyone to get any cars you purchase from this company and all affiliates to the mechanics first. If they won't let you, take your business to someone who will.
Two days later the car started having troubles, and it turned out the Catalytic Converter and a few sensors went bad. $400+ down the drain. No sooner she got that fixed, part of the front end started falling off. Thankfully, I'm crafty with the zip ties and duct tape. I wanted Mom to take the car back, but she said all sales were final.
I type this not as a customer myself, but a relative thereof.
RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!! I'm so pissed off. I gave these con men $3500 up front and you would figure they would set me up with the nicest car. The car is falling apart and I haven't had it more than six months. Bearins, brakes, water pump, timing belt, tires, battery, shocks and struts all need replacement already. GET YOUR CAR CHECKED OUT BEFORE YOU BUY!!! They are far from being honest!!!!!! The very definition of pos used car salesman! I hope you all get cancer and die.
