I began calling an hour before close on a MONDAY, they close at 8 p.m. I had a simple question about my plan. I went through the automated answering four times before I actually connected to an associate and I was told I'm too busy in store. Too busy closing down so you can leave right on time. I've worked in sales and retail I know that mentality but it damages business
Horrible Horrible Place. Never go there, i don't know how they are still in business. I took my phone there to switch carriers. They told me i will have to call my carrier and then after thats done, call verizon and ask them. (Even though i had a VERIZON PHONE WITH ME LOL).
If they say you are "eligible" or that you can "qualify" for a certain extra service, make sure to ask for a price on everything or to see a summarized receipt before you pay!! The lady that I personally dealt with made it seem like all these extra features were included in what I was getting and also told me I could get extra equipment (car charger, charging pad, screen protector and phone case) for cheaper than if I were to get one or two of the items with eligible coupons. She didn't tell me until AFTER I paid that those coupons weren't available anymore. VERY DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

Every time I go in or call they are always rude and want to rush me though my transaction. This is the last time Iwull go to or call this store
Anyways, please do not go there. Go to the next big Verizon store you can find!
