We were getting a new computor. Damien was very helpful and knowledgeable made us feel at ease with the process and answered all of our questions. Then came the Geek Squad...Bob was very helpful and professional. Talked us through a couple of the changes we wanted to do. Explained how they would work along with all the other programs. The whole expierence made us feel secure in knowing that whatever we needed, there would be someone there that could help.
I wanted a new computer and decided on the all-in-one HP. The associate seemed knowledgeable and demonstrated the machine to me and I left with the computer and a smile on my face. I highly recommend the Richmond, Indiana Best Buy.
I love stopping at Best Buy to pick up my latest electronics purchase. They almost always have what I want, in stock, and the workers are friendly and helpful. I'm impatient, so I love getting my item immediately and not having to wait a couple of days for the post office to deliver it. I also like that I can get 6 to 18 month, 0% interest, financing... I like using their money!
We bought a 55 inch tv online and had in store pickup at this store. They got it for me right away and the guy quickly looked in the box to see if it was okay. They loaded the tv and we were on our way. No issues at that point. As soon as we plugged the tv in we could see the screen was broken. That sucks but it happens. We brought the tv back to the store and were initially helped by a different person than before. He was helpful and was starting the exchange process. At this point the first guy we dealt with came over. He was in a much different mood than before. He immediately started accusing us of breaking the tv. He was rude and not helpful and should have just stayed out of it because the other guy was handling everything fine. I never got angry until his accusations started. He eventually said he would make a "one time exception". I asked if this time the tv could be checked really well and he said " Oh, you mean exactly what I did last time? Sure." I was never rude with him at any point so I'm not sure what his problem was. Everyone else I interacted with was professional and pleasant. This guy was a dildo.
