This AT&T store was amazing!! Energy was off the charts and they saved me money!! Only one I'll ever go to again!! Thanks guys!!
Apparently these people are in the business of selling phones but don't know how to answer them. I've been trying to call this store for the past 1 1/2 hours, and when I couldn't get through, I drove from the west side of town to the east, only to sit and wait for NEARLY 15 minutes. NO ONE bothered to look up and give notice to me standing there, but they were so busy "shooting the breeze" with their other customers, acting as if it wasn't their job to assist anyone else. UNbelievable.

I had a wonderful experience on my most recent trip to the AT&T store here in Richmond. Everyone in there was very polite and we're able to answer my questions efficiently. I will definitely be referring everyone I know to go in there and speak with them when they're looking to get new phones!!!
Been with them for 10+ years and Greg has always taken care of us he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of. Couldn't have any better service.
