I was disappointed with the service in that it was okay, but not legendary. Unfortunately my concerns to the upper management of Texas Roadhouse was downplayed and rejected. So I am uncertain if I will return. Other friends who frequent this restaurant but not necessarily this location have told me that they have had to return steaks for being overcooked, not having silverware and receiving less than legendary service.
Went there a couple weeks ago on a Friday night and are so satisfied with our experience! It was a busy night but our group called ahead and we were seated after just a small wait. Our waitress, Brooklyn, was a treat! She made sure to keep filling us up with rolls (or as she called it, "fresh baked bread"), we never had anyone's drink go empty before she brought a refill, and she was very knowledgable on the menu and how everything is prepared. We were impressed! The ladies working up front were also very hard-working and busy, but took the time to smile and personalize everyone's experience. The manager visited our table to make sure our meal was satisfactory. We felt very valued and will definitely be back soon!!
This is a great place! Food was excellent, hot, fast and friendly service, my steak was fixed correct and tender best ceasar salad I have ever had. A must stop if you are passing through or visiting the area.
One of the BEST in the country!! The Manager ran the Bar, he is not a fake fu fu dude. But... I respect that!! As for the service, top notch. Professional... We have eaten at almost every Texas Roadhouse in the USA... Due to our traveling. This is in our Top 10!! Great Food, service & atmosphere... Our food was Great & We had Fun!!!
I generally like eating at Texas Roadhouse when traveling. I came into this restaurant with the expectations that I would receive legendary service.
I hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse for some time. Usually very busy and noisy for me, but I went on a Saturday afternoon when not so busy. Service was good and the steak was very good and done to my liking.
There was only a manager, Scott, behind the bar. He was okay. He was not bad in service, but I did not receive legendary service. He did not ask my name. He was friendlier with the regulars. Then he began taking inventory. He apologized later for taking inventory. But his interest in my experience was only to inquire about my meal. He did make a good recommendation.
