I was pretty disappointed. This location was sloppy, disorganized and dirty. I hope this isn't a daily issue.
Dirty...kind of a smell inside. The man cooking was wearing an apron which seemed as if it had dry, month-old food caked on it. I waited a bit to pay for the cashier to wrap up his conversation with a friend who seemed high as a kite. I would recommend that the people behind the counter wash their hair also.
We have been here for 50 minutes and still have not received our order. We waited 4 minutes to be seated, not bad. Then waited another 17 before anyone took our order! Other customers were waited on before us, who came in after we did. Though our waitress is nice, I'm not happy.
Hands down the best Burgers. The price is great and kids eat free mostly. The customer service is fantastic. Happy hour is from 2-5 and you can get half priced drinks including their delicious shakes. The kids love going here. A treat for them and a treat for our wallets lol.
To the management.... your burgers look amazing but Ur service is very poor... we were seated where we could watch the kitchen... and where the food was placed for the waiters to take to the guest some sat there for 10 minutes... the guys at the grill look like they need more training... I ordered a garden salad and didn't receive it till I asked again for it!!! U need better training and more employees over your busy times!!! Except when I asked for a cold burger discount they did give me some off!
