They need more help. We really had to wait on our food. But it is always good food!!
I ask the manager when I got there how much was a family meal with one side and two sides. He informed me that he needed to know what I wanted first. I said, it depends on the cost. Needless to say he still needed to know what I wanted first. So I told him mashed potatoes and corn. Never did he ask if that was ok or not. Just so happens I had plenty to pay for it. Our roast was awful the onions were crunchy and the carrots and meat was luke warm. The rolls and corn was cool. The only thing hot was the mashed potatoes. Took 45 minutes to get my order. I had seen food setting in the window. I seen people come and go. The young lady who finally asked anyone had a family meal. I told her I did. I let her know that I wasn't upset with her but as soon as I get in my car I was calling corporate office. They apologized after I told them what happened. They said they can't fix a problem if they don't know there is any that exists. The moral of this is to please report to the corporate offices. So they can fix it.k
The waitress told my gluten free wife she could replace her bread with a fruit side.. she then charged us for the fruit side and didn't bring any bread..
Clean food is fresh good cooks and server's right off interstate this is one of the best ones ive been to

I would normally say I like Bob Evans. However, this time.. the spicy chicken salad had no spice. It was all sweet. The chicken was honey flavored and the sauce was ranch sugar..
