The crew members and management are highly unprofessional and act very immature, seems more like a teenage ran establishment, than a professionally managed fast food restaurant.
Love Rally's. Good is always fresh and fast. Cheese sticks perfect and the BLT- on point.
It needs better people to run it like it should be ran
I am giving this Rally's establishment a 1 star rating because of a recent experience I had with this location. During a visit, I sat in the drive thru nearly 7 minutes only to find that they did not key in my order correctly and I had to pay for a separate order because of it. Then they were out of the supplies so I was not provided with a shake straw. When they rang me up for a second time because of their failure in listening to what I was ordering, two younger tattooed males came to the register and only one of them was actually in company attire. When I received my order and pulled to the parking lot to eat, 4 male employees immediately came out of the restaurant for a smoke break or we're possibly clocking out and leaving for the day. It seems the reason my order was wrong is due to them wanting to hurry out to smoke and/or go home.
I called for several days to try to speak with a lady named "Bree" who was supposedly the General Manager of the location and had no luck in getting ahold of her to inform her of the issues that I had during a prior visit. I did make a call to the corporate office to let them know off the situation that occurred. I did finally speak with the General Manager and she argued with me, basically saying that my statements were false, although I had proof. She did offer to replace my order however, I am still unhappy with the service I received and did not feel as if I was treated as a customer and with respect.
I had a great experience at Rally's a few minutes ago. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful, I did not get her name. The the food was hot and fresh. The property was neat and clean. Five stars for sure!
Will not be going back here and do NOT recommend this location to anyone.
Love rally burgers and seasoned fries. They use to be cheaper than other fast food places but now they're about the same. Awesome burgers tho
