The food was good and the service was ok. But when you give them a $5 tip and they take out more like $10. Richmond, Indiana will take more than what you tip them if you pay by card.
The IHOP in Huber Heights Ohio opened recently. The parking lot is extremely small. There were no window blinds to keep the evening sun from blinding you. Service is very slow. The employees seemed very unhappy. They were seen more than once rolling their eyes behind someone's back. We were originally very excited to see an IHOP open in our area. But after our experience there, we're not likely to go back.
The wait staff was incredible. We went on Black Friday and the place was very busy. My waitress was amazing and didn't seem high pressured. The food was slightly less than par as the eggs were undercooked and food just warm. I hoping that was due to being busy. Worth another try.
one of the Managers or whatever acted like a crazed druggie. She was ranting and raving about her phone missing for a while she then found it in a booth. Then she was in the kitchen which has no doors and she was yelling and swearing at people. She clearly yelled this place drives me up the f*&@$ing wall and she can't deal with this place. What a great thing for customers to experience. at least this MANAGER should be fired. And now we get to experience her yelling and screaming about her kids. This has to be an IHOP really hard up for people. On a positive note the updated interior is nice.
We really love this ihop. One bad experience with one waitress being very rude and hateful. Loved the waitress we had last time! Short dark hair- attentive and very friendly. The good is always good, we've never had to wait long. Coffee is the best
