They took their time to make sure that my food was cooked right and noted they had error on how long our food took to cook and gave us our meal free
The restaurant is not clean. Always dirty silverware and food not prepared well. Would not recommend this Applebee's restaurant. This has been an ongoing problem.
Had a waitress who ran around everywhere in the restaurant just to make sure that our tables needs were met. She was pregnant at that and still willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. It was after 9 so we got a lot of the discounted apps for after 9 pm and everything was rang up fine, great food great service.
Good food, and the servers are very well knowledgeable. Always good service.
Our waitress was amazing!!! Our food was delicious! However, from a food allergy standpoint, it's not the best place to go for options. I wanted a hamburger but there is onion and bacon in the meat! Onion, I am deathly allergic to and after having allergy testing, pork is now off the menu for me, so I wasn't able to eat the hamburger there! How frustrating since that was what I came in for. Instead I ordered the chicken, which I had to get plain because the sauce could have had onion in it, the waitress didn't know for sure and because I know how it is when people check, I decided to go with safe instead of sorry; the apple pecan mixture was pre-made so nothing could be removed, and since I couldn't eat the pecans, that was out. I wasn't able to eat any of the appetizers, which my kids didn't mind eating all of the spinach and artichoke dip with chips. Then as a side I asked for plain green beans, they first came out with bacon...again, no pork for me, so they were remade in a buttery garlic sauce, which I am not supposed to have butter, but by this time I was so hungry I didn't care! So I'm in bed tonight with a slight migraine and a stomach ache...not sure if it was worth it...
