Love the new Chicken Parmesan sandwich my 94 year old mother likes it also. It's was a nice visit to Arbys in West Richmond In.
The service has dropped off over the last year or so and the food quality is definitely less. I will try again in the near future and update if anything to update.
This is no lie. And I would never leave a review for a fast food joint. I mean, it's fast food, why complain? But this calls for a review, a scathing one to boot! I went inside, thinking it would be quicker. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. They told me they were out of chicken; the wait was 20 mins for them to fix it. I waited, no problem. I finally get my meal, drive home, go to eat my sandwich and all it was: a bun, mayo, stale letucce.... absolutley NO chicken. I mean it. They forgot the chicken. I waited 20 mins for them to make chicken, and the disgusting employees forgot to put chicken between the buns. When I go there demanding a refund, I had to wait 10 mins. No one said sorry or had any excuse. Just bickering behind close doors. I did get my refund. I called the # on the back to leave a review; they did call back; whoever made the call said "it happens sometimes." I'm at a loss for words. The place was gross. They were stepping on fries, roast beef, ketchup, trash bags. No one used gloves. Everyone was coughing. What a horrible place. The whole ordeal wasted an hour out of my time. You can usually expect anywhere between a 15-25 delay when ordering there, but this one beat them all!!!!!
All ways hit or miss some days it ok some it like the food is a week old
12 minutes in drive thru and did not move. Left disappointed and hungry.
