Pizza has a unique sauce, best size pizzas, excellent desserts. prices are reasonable,too.
Staff were very friendly. Food had an issue, however management made it right when I called. Have no issues with the location.
Poor customer service, impolite, couldn't find the house! Will never order from Pizza hut in Richmond In. again!
Well, honestly, not impressed. Phone service ok, taking the order. He read everything back correctly, but when we arrive nothing is right except the medium pepperoni, and a large pan supreme. I also ordered a med. cheese, never got, which I guess is also my fault for not checking it, cheese sticks, and bread sticks. No bread sticks, had to wait, and the cheese sticks were cheesy bread, really, that's not cheese sticks. .... Not Impressed, probably won't return.
We gt Pizza from here all the time, have never had a problem, and the Manager has been with Pizza Hut for some crazy time frame like 15-30 years, so you don't have to deal with poor management.
