Although 8 people were in the store (4 up at the counter), had to wait a few minutes for anyone to start helping me. Fella who finally did 'help' handed me a receipt and told me to get my drinks. I wait for a few more minutes before another employee starts helping me all over again. Then they finally look at the rack and notice my food has been sitting there waiting, since I walked in the door.
Put in an order online 2 hours prior to pick up time. After I pay for my pizza they inform me it's not ready and I'll have to wait 15 to 20 minutes as they started to make it. What's the point in ordering online ahead of time. Tried this place a few months ago, it was terrible service and I gave them 1 star review on Facebook, now more of the same. Last time this papa John's gets my business!
Horrible pizza. We ordered the 2 topping carry out special for 7.99. They did not put very many toppings on the pizza. There was hardly any sauce or cheese. We were really disappointed, we won't be returning anytime soon.
I get home, no one of the many people working could double check my order. Missing all the extra sauces I paid for. Then, the pizza isn't even fully cut -- because they left in the metal baking tray! Never again. Go anywhere else.
What a hoax! Better ingredients better pizza??? No way! Sauce had NO flavor! Pick up a slice and the crust was soggy and toppings fell off, some due to soggy but lack of cheese to hold the toppings together! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!! Never thought i would say it but Dominos is better, and cost less!
