Totally Awesome!! Rooms, Bar, Restaurant & Ice cream... Great location & the Staff are excellent, very professional. Texas Roadhouse 2 miles away. A MUST STAY Hotel... One of the Best in the USA.
Visited this Holiday Inn while enroute to Maryland. Lovely place. Staff was friendly from moment one. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a 12-hour drive, with another 12 to go. The only downside was breakfast wasn't included. That would have made my morning. Nevertheless, there were many choices close by and I wasn't famished during my drive. Recommend this hotel if in the area.
Peaches at the front desk is the best. She is friendly knowledgeable and goes put of her way to ensure her guests are happy. Will stay here again due to her hospitality
Traveling across country and stopped after 15 hours driving straight. As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and taken care of by Erin at the front Desk. She was super flexible with us and very accommodating. This location is very modern and updated and SUPER clean. A gem to find on the road after traveling with great customer service !
This Holiday inn was clean and quiet. We checked in very late at night because we were travelling on a coast to coast road trip. Initially my wife did not want to stay due to her perception of low quality of Holiday inn. However this did help to change her mind because this one in Richmond was nice.
