If I could give half of a star for rating, I would do it! It took them several trips to get our furnace working. Not only that; they set off a smoke bomb to see if everything was getting vented properly. Needless to say it left our house in a dusty and dirty mess! It is going to take me weeks to clean it properly plus, I now have to pay for a carpet cleaning! How fair is this? My bathroom and entry rugs are in the washing machine and I hope the black stains come out of them also. Oh, wish I were finished, but there is more!
They tracked all through the house with black soot on their shoes, one of the workers was covered in black soot and stepped on my carpet to view himself in the mirror! Yes, a black stained carpet to boot! I guess they couldn't resist leaning on my walls and touching my doorways, doors and walls with their black sooted hands! At this point, I'm nearly too exhausted to keep writing. I only hope Mr. Clean eraser pads work on the walls. I failed to mention that all of the above cleaning takes a great amont of time when you are disabled! For future reference, take off your shoes before entering a home and if you are covered in black soot, don't touch walls or go into a home unless you get yourself cleaned up! If asked to remove this review...IT WON'T HAPPEN!
