If I could give them zero stars I would. Carroll Electric's quality and craftsmanship are horrible. They only do half of what they say they are going to do, then they try to overcharge you. They won't respond to phone calls, text messages, or emails. They are very rude, unethical, and only care about the dollar. The office staff will not help you or listen to you, and will screw you over. Find any other electrician to do your work because they are horrible to deal with and will charge you more than they quote you. They also have another company, Thor Construction, that is owned and ran by the same people. AVOID both companies at all costs. Both companies are ran by crooks.
