During an emergency situation for our child not only where they supremely RUDE, but had no other resources to point us toward to get immediate help. A practice should keep their clients care first, not their vacation days clear of conflict. And I was very fascinated to see how quickly the staff went on attack when I asked simply to whom should I go to given none of their offices are open on Fridays! I had to hand my phone to my husband to ensure that I did not let them know the total of my feelings of anger. They had given an over the phone diagnosis - we went to our primary care doctor who clearly showed they were WAY off base. When I called to ask for help finding an ER room with a dermatologist they were unhelpful, rude, and did not hold their patient's care in trust. Dr. Parliament may be hard to get into - but so worth it!
