Dr. Bill is very friendly and wonderful at what he does. Wonderful staff. Courteous and caring. I'm glad I made the choice to visit him.
My wife went today and actually was encouraged to just go away. Been a patient for years but the LPN taking her information was as rude as she could be. Wife wanted diabetic foot care and the nurse told her that since Medicare quit paying for it they have stopped doing it. My wife to her we would pay it out of our pockets but she still said no. This was half an hour after her appointment time when the nurse told her there were six people in front of her and she may as well just leave. We went to Dr. Bill when he first came to town a few years ago and have never been treated this way. My wife is a professor at Indiana University here and a nurse of 35 years on top of teaching. My wife was in real pain and really needed to see the dr. But now we are forced to go elsewhere. Wife is in tears and I'm confused and mad as hell. Is this how Ried Orthopedics operates now? Why wait weeks for a appointment only to be refused services at the door?
Dr. Bill is an effective listener and clinician. His front office staff is kind, efficient and caring.
