Avoid this place like the plague. As someone stated before, these are resident Doctors. I started seeing Dr. Hair in March of of 2017. Although I feel she was attentive to some of the things I was seeing her for, she didn't want to assist me in others. I'm not saying she's not good at what she does but feel let down. That last time I was in this office I felt dismissed, being escorted out the back so I wouldn't have to deal with one of their secretaries. My main purpose in seeing Doctor Hair was because I had lost an excessive amount of weight, 214 lbs and wanted to see if it were possible if she would refer me to someone about possible skin removal for my loose skin. After already losing 200 lbs she wanted me to lose an additional amount of weight, because in her words, " we want that skin as loose as possible". I started seeing her in March of 2017 and already lost over 100 lbs, totally on my own, and lost additional 94 lbs since. I went from 441 lbs to a whopping 226 lbs. She didn't even bother to check to see if I was ready or make any attempt to look into me having the procedure, and after I lost the weight that SHE wanted me to lose, she didn't even bother to schedule me for another appointment to see if I had. Total waste of my time. THANKS!
They don't tell you almost all doctors are residents when they assign you here. I first saw Dr. Hair 4 months ago for the flu, she refused to give me a flu swab and said it was a sinus infection. I called back b/c I was very sick and I did not receive a call back for 5 days!!! I have Debilitating migraines and she took me off my meds and basically told me to deal with it. My son is missing school b/c I cannot take him, I'm going to the ER and I cannot get in to see anyone b/c she is rarely there and there are only 2 doctors. My health has been in severe decline since I began seeing Dr. Hair. She doesn't answer questions, she just replies with what she wants to say. No personality, no bedside manner and absolutely no compassion! She tried to give me a medication for depression although I see a separate doctor for my depression. This could have sent me to a really bad place and she did not even consult my other doctor. She has never had me do blood work as a new patient, never asked for transcripts from other doctors, nothing. She has NO regard for how sick I am. It's scary and is definitely not a doctor/patient relationship. I wish I could give her a negative 5. She seriously needs to rethink her career.
