I don't shop at Kohl's often, but I've rarely been disappointed. Their deals are good and the Kohl's Cash can be a great way to save some money. The only problem I ever had was in getting a ring sized. They say it's free, but don't automatically tell you it's one or two sizes up/down. If it's more than that, they just won't do it.
The only thing I would say bugged me was the fact that all the clothes had been ransacked. Things weren't where they should be so it was impossible to find a certain item.
6 months ago, I went in to buy work pants. The cashier asked me if i wanted to open a charge card for a discount, i gave her my info and filled out the form. She told me i would get a letter saying if I was approved or not, and I paid with cash. More recently, Kohl's called me saying my payment was overdue, and i thought maybe a card had been sent to my old address and used fraudulently. Little did I know, i still had an open account from 3 years ago that had been charged. Claims department was extremely unhelpful, i won't even get into that. Long story short, I now owe $200 on a $30 pair of pants (again, that I had already paid for) because the cashier either screwed up, or deliberately pocketed my money, using the info i gave her for the discount to find my old account. I can't even explain my disdain for Kohl's, their 25% interest rate and their garbage customer service. Shop somewhere less awful and greedy.
Why oh why stock of Big/Tall & Women' is so scant. You are making us go internet. No good sales other than small sizes. Staff was great, clean & tidy....i talked to 2 others who could not find their choices.....
Good sales and lots of great items. Kind of busy Christmas Eve but worth the trip.
