Everett absolutely saved me and my car the other weekend. My brakes gave out on Easter weekend, and he was the only auto shop to answer the phone. He came in after hours, opened his shop back up, and diligently worked on my car until it was safe for me to drive again. He involved me through the whole process, showing me exactly what needed to be fixed and how he planned to do it, which was incredibly insightful and helpful. After all his work, he wanted to charge me the lowest price I've ever been quoted for auto repair. If I ever have car trouble in Richmond again, I will be going back here, no questions asked.
