Honest Review: service is slow and the workers are terrible. They don’t care about eachother and I have seen multiple instances with the employees degrading eachother. Blake, I believe is his name, specifically. He uses accents and never seems to get told that it’s very unprofessional and makes Starbucks look like a joke. I have seen employees ask multiple other employees questions and they flat out ignore her and talk about a bunch of BS on the headset. This place needs better management by far and they are always sold out of everything. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place has completely lost a customer because Starbucks is supposed to be full of people being polite and in reality, they aren’t. I have also seen them make fun of people through the drive thru and make fun of certain people that come inside to get their drinks. Horrible place.
This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Their drinks were perfect! I only gave them 4 stars because they were a little slow, but the quality of drinks definitely made it worth it!
I'd have to say that this Starbucks is one of the best ones that I've been to. 1. Service is quick. 2. Service is friendly 3. Nice seating options. 4. PLUGS for electronics! The only knock which is consistent at every Starbucks that I've ever been to...seating area does not get much love--trash full, tables dirty.
No matter what time you go here, there is likely to be a wait. Drive through can be a 20 minute delay. It's not too much faster inside. There just isn't the capacity in the restaurant to service all of the sugary whipped and foamed drinks that take a long time to make. So this isn't a low review because of the quality, it's so you're aware of the time commitment if you just want to get a hot coffee
You will get exactly what you expect from Starbucks. All products are consistent from store to store. However, there's not enough seating at this location. The tables could be wiped down a little more frequently, as well as empty the trash containers too. They need to replace the worn out electrical sockets. (Laptop and phone plugs don't always seat well).
