The restaurant was a bit out of our way as we traveled from Dayton to Kansas City, but I'm glad we stopped. The food was prepared with the care I would have shown at home. A lot of regulars eat here and it was fun to listen to their banter as we ate. My only suggestion would be to retire some of the older coffee cups that have seen better days.
I have been eating here for over 15 years and I love it! Last of the "Family Diners" here in Richmond. Watch out for the full order of biscuits & gravy!

Amazing homemade food. They make everything fresh when you order. You can see the cook making your order for you. Only 3 people were working but they had quick, good service. Workers are friendly and inviting!
