I’ve been using the UPS store for more than two years now. The girls that work there are always super helpful and always have a smile on their face. The print work they do is amazing. They make my life – both personal and business – much simpler and I appreciate the work they do!

Oh my God what a Nightmare!!! Got a postbox here and one week later had a package sent to it and this UPS store refused it. After calling them to find out why they would refuse my package the staff had no answer and the manager refused to speak with me. Found out from the US Post Office the next morning when I tried to get that package that the UPS store requested to have the package sent back. I Talked to the manager that day and she said they would except my packages. That very same day once again the UPS store refused my package! This business is out of control, the manager has no idea what she is doing! and worse yet the staff is not even trained to do their job. The post office staff also told me that store has high turn over and the staff don't seem to know what they are doing. The manager will not refund my money for the postbox they refuse to take packages at. I will never use any UPS store again, I won't even select UPS for any shipments. This store should be shut down till the owner gets competent management and staff in place.
