Newly remodeled but not many shops. The shops in there are ok but would like to see more options.

I was treated by Kim, women's dept as if I was the most important customer. She knew her everything about her department. The way they are cut,sizes ,colors difference in fit from line to line.
needs more seating, games kiddy rides a eatery of some sort not just pretzels and more stores , nice and clean , decor nice and welcoming, but defiantly needs more to many pictures of richmond not enough stores.
