Compared to other apartment in Richmond they're nice. My brother lives there and has for 4 years and he's complained that management is disorganized at times. They're income based with a cap on income but when it comes to income based apartments they're the nicest.

My wife and I set up a appointment for 2pm on 8/2/2017. We arrived at 2 nobody was there, We waited 30 plus minutes. The manager arrived about 30 to 45 minutes later. We was wanting to see a 3 bedroom and was told there was 3 bedroom available. The manager informed us that there wasn't any 3 bedroom available, that they did have a 2 bedroom available. We seen the apartment and loved it so we fill out the application pay the application fee and was told we would hear something by 8/4/17 which was last Friday we call leave voicemail. We figure the information wasn't recieved yet, so we waited Monday 8/7/17 my wife calls leaves a voicemail don't get a call back. We try again on 8/9/17 again goes to voicemail leave a message, also call the main number and are told they don't have information about applications that they will forward a message to management to call us back. Still no one calls us back, on 8/9 I call again goes to voicemail leave message, I call the main number they tell me the office is closed at 1230 on Thursday to stop by the office on Friday I inform them that I live two and a half hours away. The agent gives me another phone number to call, I call that number goes to voicemail leave a voicemail. Now it's Friday 8/11/17 and still have not heard nothing back called again to both numbers and goes to voicemail again I call main number and they tell me they will pass a message to the office. My wife and I have left over 10 voicemails for someone to call us back. Like I said we loved the apartment and really wanted to live there. We talked to some of the residents and enjoyed talking with them and the residents we talked to all seem really nice. However even if we are approved we are considering not moving there because what happens if we need to get a hold of management and nobody gets back a hold of us. I would in customer service and know how to treat potential customers and this is very poor service.

WHAT MUST I DO TO GET IN THESE APTS.? MY 30 DAY NOTICE I'D GIVEN IS TO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.

My experience with 9North has only been with trying to apply for a one bedroom apt.then trying to check on my application. First I call to set up an appointment because I was never able to catch someone in the office here in Richmond,Indiana. I go do my appointment next morning Thursday only to find no one is there. I sit there for almost an hour and a gentleman, saying he's maintance asks if he can help. I tell him who I am and why I'm there. He goes contacts her coming back saying She was call to the other building for seniors due to head boss or owners unexpectedly showing up. So I put no fault to her on that incident. He took my name and number for her. She calls me back an hour or so later to reschedule for the next day. I returned only for her to not be there again and sit waiting half hour or so. I'm about to leave she walk in. I let her know I was there just before 2:00(I believe is when appointment was). She has me come into the office, still no apology for being late again. I fill out the apt.application. She reviewed to make sure I'd gotten everything. She'd said they have some one berms.coming up for availability. I've gone several time to check on my application and again can never seem to catch her in the office. I've called a few time leaving a message 2-3 times out of those calls. I call the 844 number to see what I can find out. The gentleman just sent an email that I'd been trying to contact to check on my application, this was today Aug.1,2017.

Lived there for two years, they were constantly replacing the building manager. there's constantly trash inside and outside the building, nothing ever gets cleaned, there is racist graffiti in the elevator, not to mention the people that they've allowed to move in have been selling drugs out of the building. People smoke inside the building and leave their cigarette butts lying around. not to mention the people smoking pot making the whole floor smell like it. Lord forbid you try to get something fixed or get paperwork turned in because the current building manager whose name I don't know because I've only seen him literally twice since he's been here. is never in the building and if he is he leaves the door shut and locked so that nobody can bother him. basically don't waste your time on this place, you can find somewhere just as affordable that's twice as nice. this building was great when we moved in but it's gone downhill.
