11 am arrived several minutes early was told my dogs would be ready at 4pm and they would call me when they were ready for pick up. At 5pm I still hadn't heard from them at 5:15 I called to check on my dogs I was told that they would not be ready until 6:30 or 7pm! That was totally not acceptable to me at this point they had been there for over 6 hrs and your telling me that you need 2 more hours! Needless to say I went to get my dogs! When I got there they were still in the cage and had not been touched nor had they used the bathroom or had any water! It makes absolutely no sense at all for them to give me an 11 o'clock appointment and 6 hours later they haven't even touched my dogs! Then the lady that owns the place was not apologetic at all she had an attitude with me like she was mad at me for coming and getting my dogs! I guess its really all my fault because I took them there against my better judgement considering the last time they were there they came home with fleas! But you live and you learn....I learned to never ever take my dogs to UPTOWN HOUND ever again!

Disgusting place. Smelled like an ashtray when I walked in, didn't want to leave my dog there but gave them a chance. She smelled like a wet cigarette when my fiancé picked her up because I didn't want to leave her there all day. Terrible experience. Will never bring my dog here again.
Used as an alternative because my regular groomer was booked. Was not on time for appointment. I had to bring my dog to work and come back later.
