Their website is NOT very helpful for new subscribers. Fortunately, their customer service is excellent.
The web doesn't have everything the printed has.
I have home delivery and at least a couple times a month I receive no paper. I do get credit but if i want the paper I have to go to town and try to find one.
I went on a field trip here as a kid and it was very cool

Delivery Issues Nightmare! I'm getting charged for the paper. Just not getting it. I have to call or chat every week and complain. This has gone on for a year! I called the other day and was on hold for an hour. I cancelled my subscription. Have yet to receive a confirmation email. Also got charged for the holiday paper only not to receive it. This is getting old! Going to complain to the BBB if I don't get my money back!
