Since the pharmacy has been remodeled it has went way down on service. If there is a problem with a prescription they don't do anything about it, seems like they are oh well and file it away instead of calling customer or Dr. Right now my husband is totally out of one medication, we have requested refill twice, pharmacy says Dr won't reply. We called the Dr to see what the problem is and they say they have had no request at all!!! I believe the Dr because this is a transplant unit and refills can mean life or death. This is not the first time this has happened. We are about ready to go back to Walgreens. What is wrong with Richmond Kroger Pharmacy!!!!!!!
