Tim and his crew were prompt, friendly, and honest. They unloaded our full 16'x8'x8' POD in four hours, including taking 30 boxes of books up a flight of stairs. They gave a good effort with our box springs mattress, but it just wouldn't fit up the stairs. Whenever they found something that was damaged from the loading and transport to Richmond, they showed us immediately.
