This taco bell needs updated badly. It's not dirty but it feels like is. No complaints other than that. Food and service are what you would expect at taco bell.

It was terrible!!!! Employees were rude manager was rude!!! I advised him I would not be returning to that location! Manager then hung up the phone on me!!! Wonder does his GM know the poor service at the Eastside Richmond location? Enquiring minds want to know?? If the employees including the manager, doesn't like his or her job they need to find new ones!!! Just sayin........!!!! If I could give them a ZERO!!!! That would be my experience with them, on many different occasions!!!
Took 18 minutes to get 8 easy items. Should have gone thru drive thru... 12 cars went thru in the time it took to get our order. Ask for light chipotle sauce since my daughter doesnt like really spicy things, and got more chipotle sauce on her item than I did on mine... we got the same thing, she just got lite chipotle sauce.This place is a damn joke!!!
