I must tell you I am quite disappointed by your impatience with me on the phone today. I called to ask one simple question: Are my parents' Healthcare Representative Designation papers, that they had worked up by YOUR firm, all that I need in order to assist them as they transition into their elder years.
Not only was your impatience with me unnecessary and uncalled for, I have to say that I am quite shocked that your firm no longer holds these documents for my parents, nor copies of them, and that you feel that I should not only send you copies for your files, but that my parents should pay you even more money so you can be certain their documents don't need to be 'updated'. Really, sir... I spoke to two attorneys before I found that your firm had done this paperwork and neither of them mentioned anything like this so I feel that your assertion that I was conducting an 'inquisition' is uncalled for, an attempt at diversion, and so very far from the truth. In fact, it makes me feel you only want to make money off my parents.
So, I certainly hope it made you feel prominent and powerful to try to make me feel like I was asking inappropriate questions. Shame on you, sir for such inappropriate behavior. I guarantee you will not be servicing my parents or any of my loved ones in the future.
Regarding Mr. Weikart: Communication was slow at first, but ultimately we received the information we needed to come up with the best legal document possible, with the lowest risk. Without Mr. Weikart's assistance, we would have been taking unnecessary risk.
Again, I asked ONE minor question: Are my parents' Healthcare Representative Designation papers that were created by YOUR FIRM enough. Instead of a straight answer I got vague excuses from you about Congress and healthcare changes that may or may not happen, etc, etc, designed to get me to send you the paperwork that you SHOULD already have, and charge my parents further money for services already rendered. Sir, you should be able to walk over to a filing cabinet or a computer and pull their documentation up. Period, end of statement. The fact that you cannot is appalling and your attitude towards me draws an even more disturbing picture of your firm, or you, at the very least. Maybe there have been healthcare changes. I merely asked you what could have changed as I need to convince my parents if it is worth spending their hard-earned money at the most delicate time in their lives.
Dear Mr. Sayre,
Very Sincerely
