I cannot say how amazing Lori and her team are. From the first phone call, Patrick was extremely professional and polite, and when I brought the phone in they stayed late to get it done. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

I thought this store had fancy stuff in it, which it is why it was called "uBreakit-uBuyIt" but then I realized it was probably a Japanese restaurant something trendy like that. Being not as bright as I once was, and craving uncooked fish, I happened to find myself in this mysterious place with a broken cell phone in my right hand. A tech wizard named Bailey revealed himself, offered a free 24-hour diagnostics test, and then called me in 24 minutes. Sly move, wizard man. That dude made my broken iphone 6 look brand new in a matter or minutes. I walked out of that place standing a foot taller than normal, with a newly-found, unworthy wisdom, and a new wizard friend named Bailey. 10/10 would recommend.
I was in need of an unusual request for an iPad 4 screen replacement and Bailey went above and beyond to try and make it happen for me.. I would recommend giving them a shot. They were knowledgeable and courteous on the initial phone call.
