Horrible. I was there for FIVE hours, then they gave me medicine that needed a prior authorization for my insurance, two days later they still have not sent that to the insurance company so I call and "We will call you back in around 24 hours." Freaking seriously!!!??? So I get to sit here needed antibiotics for a week after going to the doctor because they refuse to get off their butts and order the crap? You are better off going to the ER, or just waiting to see your doctor, this place is useless.
Awesome got in and out in 30 mins very quick They listened to me and check all my symptom got an antibiotic and sent me on my way
Son went in for strep throat. Visible white blisters. Said would call with culture results. Never did. Waste of my time and money.
A great medical facility for people that work during the week as they are open on Saturdays and Sundays. Instead of having to be sick all weekend until my regular doctor's office opens Monday morning I have been able to go here and get treatment for ailments such as sinus infections and other minor illnesses. I have never had to wait longer than an hour (which is about the same amount of time I would wait at my own doctor's office) and that was only because they were busy. Staff has always seemed friendly and helpful. Large enough waiting room that you aren't forced to sit directly next to other ill patients. I would definitely recommend going if you can't get in to your regular doctor.
I love being stuck in a super tiny room for 3 hours because nobody will come and help me. Literally about to just walk out. I can't deal with this anymore. I'm in serious pain. Why are you not helping the people who need help instead of people who could probably had waited a few more minutes.
