The sales guy came right out, he was really great. He literally answered all my questions before i asked. The first water softener was broke, the guys came back out monday, and got us going. I had nasty well water, Culligan made my water awesome
We bought our unit from Culligan aprox 1.5 years ago. Even though it was not all I was told it would be we were still pretty happy with it. Last weekend our electric went out and the softner has not been working properly since. I figured it was no problem as I had remembered the sales person telling me all my options and I had bought the biggest/best one they had. I bought that one because it came with a 10 year warranty, or so I was told.

I have been with Culligan for several years now. I suggest Culligan Water any time. Excellent tasting water. Great Service, Very nice polite employee's who go out of their way to help you. It is wonderful having water and salt delivered to my home.

Today I called to see if I get get it checked out and was told that it would cost $138 or something like that to send someone out just to look at it (and that is not including parts or fixing it). She also told me I only had a year warranty and it was out. I'm very disappointed because I remember sitting at my kitchen table with that salesman and him telling me "10 year warranty". That's why I picked that option and paid thousands of dollars for that unit that I actually just paid off around this time last year.
