Got flowers from my husband on Saturday & they're already dead within 4 days. White roses never bloomed, daisies & carnations were dead & wilted yesterday. The red roses are the only ones that even halfway bloomed. Disappointed

Ordered STEPPING STONE for funeral and got to visitation and they got wind chimes instead! The card had our names all messed up also. I drove to florist shop asking for stone to make it right as person receiving wind chimes truly hates them and was told they had no more stepping Stones that the one they had must have been sent to wrong place as well. They did refund my money but that is not what I wanted! I will never order there again! Their reason was they were busy GGGRRRR!
Ordered flowers online for my grandmother's birthday & received confirmation of order via email. But the flowers were never delivered. No one called to let me know there was a problem, offer me alternate delivery dates, or otherwise resolve the issue. Calls to the number listed rang & rang with no answer, then were abruptly disconnected. Only good thing is they didn't charge my card, so I don't have to dispute it as a fraudulent charge with my bank.
