Never go there my husband took our x box 360 and wwe y2k 15 there for a little extra cash when we went to get it out our wwe2k 15 was scratched to the point it wouldn't play anymore anymore anymore and the aold one of our controlers whitch im surprized they replaced never again will i go to them for anything and when i tried to call about the game they wouldnt answer the phone and i know for a fact it worked qhen they got the game np

I called in today to inquire about their stock. They answered quickly, but when I introduced myself and asked the other end of the line how they were doing, they rudely told me that they 'were busy' and wanted to know what they could do for me.
Horrible, horrible place to go if you're in need of money. The employees there are the type of people that think that if you go in there looking to sell something, they can talk to you like trash. Went in there with some tools I got in a deal with my tool box at the dealership i work at, and know the retail price of what I was trying to sell today. I asked almost $600 LESS than what the retail price is and they're BRAND NEW. The employees huffed and puffed, got offended and starting yelling at other employees on why they even looked at my tools and then wouldn't even give me a price for it. Told me to take my stuff and get out. Complete ass holes.
Nothing but ripoff artists who take advantage of those in need. They lie about gold prices, etc. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. Find a reputable place.
I understand you may be busy, but that's not how I would treat a potential customer. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but being that rude over the phone is plain unprofessional. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
