When moving to Richmond, finding the right dentist was quite a challenge. I went to two dentists and had two horrible experiences before I arrived at Burns Family Dentistry. Dr Jill does exceptional work, was willing to work with me in fixing my numerous problems and never made me feel bad about the state of my mouth. (Strong teeth do not run in my family). Office staff is warm, friendly and very accommodating. After being with Burns Family Dentistry for 6 years, I’ve just moved away and I don’t know where I am going to find another dentistry to live up to my expectations.
My family and I have been going here for almost 20 years. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and great with kids. We also appreciate their willingness to teach us how to take better care of our teeth, to let us know when there might be insurance coverage we're not aware of, and to make sure that we're comfortable through sometimes grueling processes. I've recommended this place to various people over the years and consistently hear good things.

I am an Earlham student and had an accident where I chipped my front tooth. I was able to get in to see someone within an hour of my accident. The staff was so understanding and nice, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
