i have done business with West End Bank for several years. Everything from personal accounts to the loan on a vehicle. I am always amazed as to the simplicity of handling my accounts in the past. It's nice to be greeted with a smile, even at closing time. West End Bank is one of few banks i can honestly say is a Community bank. Thank you for NOT making me feel like just an account number. I would also like to point out the continued involvement in the Richmond and surrounding communities for their contributions to many youth programs.

I called today and Nathan answered the phone. I was trying to pay my car payment using your online site that I set up last August Danielle at the 37th St branch helped me. I cannot access this and he told me that we hadn't registered. Then he put me on hold and came back and said I'll have to call you back. Didn't ask for my number and just hung up. I will not use this company again. It took us almost 6 months to get our payment book. I also think that a $10 charge to pay over the phone is ridiculous especially since we have moved to South Carolina and can't just come into the branch. The next day Nathan called me back and told me that the tornado sirens were going off and they had to get to a safe place. They have been trying hard to help me get back online with them.
